1. DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON DRESSES?

We recommend booking an appointment with Vision in White to ensure personalized attention. With hundreds of styles in store, walk-ins may experience limited assistance and showroom access.


2. ARE YOUR APPOINTMENTS FREE OF CHARGE?

Vision in White offers free bridal consultations to help you find your dream wedding dress.


3. WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?

Vision in White offers a range of prices starting at $1200. Prices depend on the type of dress you’re looking for, from ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, and custom-made options.


4. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY DRESS?

Made-to-measure gowns take 6-8 months, with 3-4 weeks for fittings, while custom-made gowns require 8-10 months. Plan ahead to avoid rushing your perfect wedding dress.


5. CAN I STILL ORDER A MADE-TO-MEASURE GOWN IF MY WEDDING IS IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS?

Yes, priority orders can be placed, but require a minimum of 4 months with an additional fee.


6. WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR SAMPLE GOWNS IN-STORE?

Vision in White has sample gowns ranging from size 2 to 30 (Australian), with a plus-size range in level 2.


7. AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DRESS I’M TRYING ON?

No photos are allowed at Vision in White, where MASAL styles are sold under their international label.


8. CAN I REQUEST CHANGES TO THE GOWN I’VE CHOSEN?

Changes such as color, sleeve style, train length, and back design are possible when ordering a made-to-measure or custom-made gown.


9. DO I PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT WHEN ORDERING A DRESS?

We require a deposit when ordering a made-to-measure or custom-made gown. Full payment is required for off-the-rack gowns.


10. WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS WHEN I ORDER A MADE-TO-MEASURE DRESS?

Minor alterations may be necessary, but all gowns are finalized in-house until we finish the dress.


11. HOW MANY FITTING APPOINTMENTS WILL I HAVE?

Vision in White offers two fittings, the first and final fittings, and additional appointments may incur a charge of $150.

Please note: As we do not have dressmakers on the premises on the weekend, our bridal store is unable to accept fitting appointments on Saturdays and Sundays.


12. DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, we require a contract to ensure a lasting and trustworthy relationship between Vision in White store and the bride, holding both parties accountable for the agreement.


13. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Vision in White store’s cancellation policy does not allow for refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind or circumstances, as the custom-made or made-to-measure wedding gown is specially made according to the bride’s body measurements and specifications. Changes after the initial order may incur additional costs and delays in the construction process, so it’s important to be sure of the design and specifications before placing the order and signing the agreement.
